• You keep ownership of your original footage.
• The license Drone Animal Rescue receives for footage it accepts.
• Editing, publishing, monetizing, reposting, and sublicensing.
• A 25% share of qualifying revenue for the first 60 days after the first publication of that rescue, paid every 30 days.
• No upfront payment and no guaranteed earnings.
• One earning window per rescue.
• Use of accepted footage after that window.
• Acceptance and rejection of submissions.
• How revenue is calculated and checked.
• Privacy and permission to show people, homes, and locations.
• Taxes.
• Ending the relationship, and which rights continue.
• Copyright and moral rights for partners in the United States and Canada.
